Membership Details & Policies
Billing & Access: Your membership is processed on your choice of the 1st or 15th. Your session credit is available for use immediately following a successful payment.
Flexibility: We require a 30-day notice for cancellations.
Grace Period: Upon cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining session credits on your account.
Refund Policy: Please note that membership renewals are non-refundable.

No, you can undress to whatever your comfort level is. The only part of the body that is uncovered is the part we are currently working on; then it is recovered, and we move on. You will never be exposed in any way. We follow all state guidelines for draping.

You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water every day in order to stay properly hydrated.

No, in order to help the most amount of people we only offer in office appointments. This helps us to manage our time better in between appointments.

Policies
Late Policy
You are responsible for arriving on time to your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, the time will be limited out of respect to the client scheduled after you. We are not responsible for traffic, construction, getting lost, or miscalculating time. I do recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early so you know we will be able to start your session at the correct time.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice for cancellations is required. This allows someone else the opportunity to schedule the appointment time. If you forget to cancel your appointment and don't show up, you are still responsible for paying for your session, this is how we insure our therapist get paid.
Session Time
Your session time includes up to 10 minutes for consultation and dressing, which occurs pre and post service.
Refunds
All sales are final on services received, along with pre-purchased services, i.e packages, memberships, and gift cards.
