1. Professional Philosophy & Scope
Nature's Healing Massage LLC specializes in therapeutic modalities including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, and Cupping. Our focus is on nervous system regulation; we do not utilize "no pain, no gain" methodologies.

2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
By Appointment Only: We do not accept walk-in clients.
24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.
Arrival: New clients should arrive 10 minutes early for intake. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to protect subsequent appointments.
3. Conduct & Safety
We maintain a strictly professional environment. Any illicit or suggestive remarks or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the individual will be banned from the practice.
4. Booking & Payments
Prices for services (MLD, Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.) are as listed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Memberships and packages are subject to specific associate member policies (e.g., adding spouses/children).
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Mesa, AZ.
